Register your company
Create an account and register your company. Provide your company details, upload relevant certificates, and select your role (buyer, seller, broker, or MRO provider). OFAC screening runs automatically.
Verify your profile
Upload supporting documents (AOC, Part 145 certificate, trading license) to upgrade your verification tier. Verified companies get a trust badge and appear higher in search results.
List or search assets
Post listings for aircraft, engines, APUs, parts, GSE, tooling, real estate, services, chemicals, or training. Buyers search by asset type, condition, location, transaction type, and price.
Send an RFQ
Found what you need? Click "Send RFQ / Enquiry" on any listing. Provide your requirements, quantity, AOG flag if urgent, and relevant specifications. The seller receives an email notification instantly.
Negotiate and quote
Sellers respond with quotes through the platform. The RFQ thread keeps all communication in one place with full audit trail.
Close the deal
Accept a quote to generate an order. Pay via PayPal or arrange bank transfer for large asset deals. The seller is notified and delivery is coordinated off-platform.
Compliance First
Every company on Aviastore is screened against OFAC and international sanctions databases before transacting. Listings are moderated before going live. All parties are responsible for compliance with applicable export control laws (EAR, ITAR, EU dual-use).
